During this phase, our team collaborates closely with clients to further develop and flesh out the design concept established in the earlier schematic design phase. This includes Refinement of concept, Techinical Consideration, Material Selection, Cost Estimation, etc.
This phase marks a crucial juncture in the architectural process, wherein the Good for construction drawings and specifications crafted during the design phase transition into tangible form. This stage encompasses the physical realization of the project, as builders and contractors execute the construction work, bringing the design concept to life.

Enhancing his proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM), construction & Project management, he established his own design studio. With a fervent drive for innovation and a commitment to excellence, he seamlessly integrates traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology, pushing the boundaries of architecture.

Arch degree specializing in Building Services from Jamia Millia Islamia, he is well-equipped to handle a variety of projects as a highly skilled arts and design professional.
